Meet Our Guides
Travis Williamson > a.k.a. - "Killer"
Travis has personally hunted for over 26 years. He began hunting on his own at age 11, which is also the same age that he took his very first deer. From there, Travis continued gaining knowledge in the sport and started his own hunting club at age 18.
At age 19, Travis entered the Marine Corps and continued many of his sport activities; including football and wrestling. He completed his boot camp at Parris Island, combat training at Camp Geiger and graduated from Marine Corps Engineer School at age 20. Travis completed his military career with an Honorable Discharge in 1994.
County Line Hunt Club was created in 1998. Over time, Travis grew the size of the club to a few thousand acres of privately leased properties and implemented various food plots. Additionally, he expanded and began food plot consulting and planning locally.
In 2007, Travis realized that he wanted to expand his venture beyond NC in order to capture a higher quality and class of whitetail. After exhausting research and planning, another entity was born; which is now known as County Line Outfitters, LLC. - which is based out of Ohio. During the course of three hunting seasons, there have been multiple world class trophy bucks taken as well as the new Female State Record in Ohio.
Anthony Avant > a.k.a - "Double A", a.k.a. - "Bossman"
Anthony has over 22 years experience with hunting. He began hunting on his own at age 11, which is also the same age that he took his very first deer. He also enjoyed sports, including football and baseball; playing free safety for Travis' dad, their high school coach. He and Brian competed in the state championship finals together. Anthony was practically adopted by Travis' late uncle, Gary "Skeeter" Williamson, who fell to his death in a hunting accident in September 2008. Skeeter was a second father to both Travis and Anthony and he instilled in them the incredible drive to be successful in the deer woods ... since he never missed a day of the season himself!
Anthony has had a successful career of 14+ years in the bus industry and currently serves as the Service and Training Manager. Anthony took on the role of Lead Guide for County Line Outfitters for the 2009 season. He has worked in the furniture supply industry for 10+ years while also working with County Line Outfitters.
Brian started with County Line Outfitters as a guide from the very beginning and is Anthony's right arm during the season. He grew up two houses down from Travis and is just like a little brother. Brian is an accomplished bow and gun hunter that completely wreaks havoc on every one of God's creatures. He is truly the ultimate sportsman of the group! He hunts and fishes with a tenacity and pace that few can contend with. He is also known as our "Turkey Ninja", with a knack for killing the so called "un-killable birds" that we've all experienced from time to time.

He comes from a strong singing background that was passed down from his father; who also instilled in him a strong desire to hunt anything that walks, crawls, swims, or flies! Brandon is another one of our bow and arrow maniacs; with over forty bow kills under his belt. Some of our clients come back just to hear Brandon sing by the camp fire.

He has a degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburg in video production and has been spending the last two seasons since graduation obtaining experience filming for hunting shows that have aired on FSN (Fox Sports Network). Though he is not an avid trophy hunter, he is by all means an outdoorsman and is sure to capture an awesome hunt!
Alan is a valuable addition for our clients, offering them the chance to film them harvesting their next trophy. We also will utilize Alan's camera skills and editing expertise to launch our new production company. So stay tuned for some exciting over the shoulder, in your face hunting with the boys from CLO and our clients to be aired this fall in our video gallery!
Cory Cook > a.k.a. - "Freddy Krueger", a.k.a. - "Edward Scissor Hands"
Cory is a full paying client that, ever since his feet hit the ground in Ohio, has been like a brother to Travis, Anthony and Brian. Cory's charismatic swagger and style, as well as his ability to fit into any social setting, make him a valuable addition to our camp.
His vast knowledge of the outdoors and complete unselfishness has led to stepping into some Guide duties while he is on hunting trips with County Line. Cory helps out with food plots, scouting and any other tasks; which in turn made him very familiar with all of the CLO properties. He would literally climb Mt. Everest if he was told that the peak held a 180 class deer. His incredible drive, infectious laugh and big smile have earned him the title of County Line Outfitters Guide and we are proud to call him "brother"!
Eric > a.k.a. - "Weasel"
Eric has many years of hunting experience and took his first deer at age 9.
Eric joined forces with County Line in 2009 as our supplemental feed sponsor. Along the way, Eric earned a spot as one of our guides. With a degree in Fish and Wildlife, Eric has become just another piece of the puzzle that we've put together here at CLO. He has co-owned his own landscaping business for 20 years and his expertise has led him to join our food plot team, as well as starting his own feed supplement company - Monster Munch. As you can see, we are proud to bring Eric on board and call him brother
Seth Mantle > a.k.a. - "Perty Mouth"
Seth has many years of hunting experience. He was one of the first members of County Line Hunt Club and also our first guide at County Line Outfitters. He was Travis' right hand man for the first two years, always known for his big smile, but daddy duties with his first born slowed down some of his exploits.
Seth put in countless hours of work in the setup of County Line Outfitters. I am proud to consider Seth a brother who's loyalty, dedication, and vision have helped turn CLO into a premier whitetail habitat that allows our clients the chance at a buck of a lifetime!
